I have heard so much lately about cholesterol.

I’m in my 40’s, so I was a child growing up in the 80’s. Then, it was common “knowledge” that eggs were a BIG no-no because of the dietary cholesterol in them. Well, it turns out that EGGS are a super food and that the cholesterol in eggs is NOT a problem.

So, I’m going to share a few links that have me convinced that the picture around cholesterol is much more complex than we were told.
